O R D E R :
In the reference cited, the Asst. Secretary to Vigilance Commissioner, APVC, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad has informed that there is no Vigilance Commissioner for the State of Telangana and the post of Secretary to Vigilance Commission for Telangana State is also vacant and as per the staff allocation, one post of Assistant Secretary to Govt. has been allotted to Telangana State to work in the Vigilance Commission along with 4 sections and all the 4 sections
allotted to Telangana State is under the control of Asst. Secretary.


2. Further Sri S.V. Prasad, IAS (Retd.), Vigilance Commissioner, A.P.V.C vide note dated 1.8.2014 and 11.9.2014 has requested to issue necessary instructions to Sri M. Manohar Rao, Asst. Secretary to Govt. for further action on the functioning of the Vigilance Commission for the
State of Telangana and for carrying out day to day  administration of the Vigilance Commission of Telangana State till a regular Commissioner is appointed.


3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby place Sri M. Manohar Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government as In-Charge Secretary to Vigilance Commission, Telangana State in the existing vacancy until further orders, so as to run the day to day administration.


4. This Order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
