O R D E R

As recommended by the Fourth State Finance Commission and accepted by

the Government of Kerala, an amount of Rs. 2.35 crore (Rupees Two crore thirty five lakh only) has been earmarked under General Sector of Development Fund for 2014-15 as Special Incentives to Best Grama Panchayats. As per Government order read as 2nd paper above, the following Grama Panchayats have been selected for special incentives for best LGs for the year 2012-13, with the amount noted against their names :

2. Accordingly, Government are pleased to accord sanction to draw and

release an amount of Rs. 1,90,00,000/- (Rupees One crore ninety lakh only) as Special incentive to the award winning Grama Panchayats for 2012-13 as detailed below:

3. The Under Secretary, Finance (Accounts) Department will arrange to

transfer-credit the amount of Rs. 1,90,00,000/- (Rupees One crore ninety lakh only) from the Consolidated Fund to the Public Account of the State at the District Treasury Thiruvananthapuram as ordered at para 2 above.

4. The Director of Panchayats will issue Letter of Authority in form Annexure

C-I of the GO read as 1st paper above to the Grama Panchayats and Treasuries concerned for the release of funds.
