O R D E R:

The following transfers and postings are notified with immediate effect:

1.  Sri Srikant Nagulapalli, IAS (1998), Collector & District

Magistrate, Nellore is transferred and posted as Special

Commissioner, Capital Region Development Authority and

Capital Area.

2.  The Services of Smt M. Janaki, IAS (2005) Additional

Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation

have been withdrawn from M.A. & U.D Department and she is

posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Nellore vice Sri

Srikant Nagulapalli, I.A.S transferred.

In the G.O. read above, orders have been issued to proceed the following Officers to

visit Japan from 24 th to 29 th November, 2014 as the members of delegation led by

Hon’ble Chief Minister.

1. Sri S.P.Tucker, IAS (1981), Special Chief Secretary to Government,

Planning & RD.

2. Sri Satish Chandra, IAS (1986), Principal Secretary to Chief Minister.

3. Sri Dr. D. Sambasiva Rao, IAS (1986), Principal Secretary to Government,

Infrastructure and Investment Department.

4. Sri J.S.V.Prasad, IAS (1987), Principal Secretary to Government, Industries

and Commerce Department.

5. Sri Ajay Jain, IAS (1991), Secretary to Government, Energy Department.

6. Smt. A.R. Anuradha, IPS, (1987), Additional Director General of Police,

Intelligence.

2. Accordingly, the following in-charge arrangements are ordered, with immediate

effect, during the above visit of the Members of Service:

1. Sri Ajeya Kallam, IAS (1983), Principal Secretary to Government, Finance

Department is kept as in-charge of the post of Special Chief Secretary to

Government, Planning & Rural Development.

2. Smt. Veena Ish, IAS (1985), Special Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhawan is

kept as in-charge of the post of Resident Commissioner, A.P. Bhawan, New

Delhi.

3. Dr. P.V. Ramesh, IAS (1985), Principal Secretary to Government (R&E),

Finance Department is kept as in-charge of the post Principal Secretary to

Government, Infrastructure and Investment Department and Municipal

Administration and Urban Development Department.

4. Smt. Shalini Mishra, IAS (1988), Principal Secretary to Government, Public

Enterprises Department is kept as in-charge of the post of Principal Secretary

to Government, Industries and Commerce Department.

5. Sri K. Vijayanand, IAS (1992), Managing Director, APGENCO is kept as

in-charge of the post of Secretary to Government, Energy Department and

Commissioner, Technical Education.

In partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O. read above, the

in-charge arrangements made in the G.O., in respect of Sri Ajay Jain, IAS (1991),

Commissioner, Technical Education shall be read as “Full Additional Charge” for

the post of Secretary to Government, Energy Department.
