O R D E R:-
In the references 1st
and 2nd read above, orders were issued lifting the ban on transfers
in the state. In the reference 3rd read above the CPR&RE has
submitted proposal for transfer and posting of certain Chief Executive Officers
of ZPP in the state.
2. The Government after careful
consideration is hereby ordered the following transfers and postings of Chief
Executive Officers of ZPP with immediate effect.
1. Smt G.Raja Kumari, Revenue Divisional Officer, Paderu, is posted as Chief
Executive Officer of ZPP, Vizianagaram vice Sri N. Mohan Rao, Chief Executive
Officer, Vizianagaram is repatriated to his parent Department i.e Director of
Treasuries and Accounts.

Sri D.Satyanarayana,
Principal, ETC, Bapatla is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer of ZPP West Godavari vice Sri D. Venkata Reddy, Chief Executive Officer, ZPP is repatriated to
his parent Department i.e. Revenue Department.
3.
Sri T.K.Girishwar, Chief
Executive Officer who is waiting for posting orders is posted as Chief Executive Officer of ZPP, Krishna District vice Sri D. Sudarsanam, Chief Executive Officer,
Krishna is repatriated
to his parent Department i.e. Revenue Department.
4.
Sri I.Venkateswara
Reddy, who is presently working as VC, TUDA, is posted as Chief Executive
Officer of ZPP, SPSR Nellore vice Sri M. Jitendra, Chief Executive Officer, Nellore
is repatriated
to his parent Department i.e. Revenue Department.
5. Sri B.R. Eswar, who is working as PA to Special Collector, Srisailam
Project is posted as Chief Executive Officer of ZPP, Kurnool in the existing
vacancy.
6. Sri M.S. Bhagawan, Chief Executive Officer, East Godavari District is
repatriated to his parent Department i.e Co- Operative Department.
3. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj &
Rural Employment, Hyderabad/ the District Collectors concerned are requested to
take necessary action in the matter.
4. The District Collectors concerned are
requested to make necessary additional charge arrangements in the vacant post
of Chief Executive Officer of ZPP.

In the references 1st and 2nd read
above, orders were issued, lifting the ban on transfers. In the reference 3rd
read above the CPR&RE, A.P., Hyderabad
has submitted proposal for transfer and posting of DPOs .
2. The Government after careful
consideration is hereby ordered the following transfers and postings of
District Panchayat Officers with immediate effect.
1. Sri T. Venkateswara Rao, District Panchayat Officer, Srikakulam is transferred and posted as District
Panchayat Officer, Visakhapatnam vice Sri K.Sudhakar,
District Panchayat Officer is transferred.
2. On transfer Sri
K.Sudhakar, District Panchayat Officer is posted as DPO in Anantapuram in the
existing vacancy.
3. Sri K.Anand, District
Panchayat Officer, Krishna (on leave) is
posted as District Panchayat Officer, East Godavari
vice Sri L.Sridhar Reddy, District Panchayat Officer is transferred.
4. On transfer Sri L. Sridhar Reddy, District Panchayat Officer, East Godavari
is posted as District Panchayat Officer, West Godavari
vice Sri A. Nagaraju Varma, District Panchayat Officer is
transferred.
5. On transfer Sri A. Nagaraju Varma, District Panchayat Officer, West Godavari is
posted as District Panchayat Officer, Krishna.
6. Smt.
K.Sridevi, District
Panchayat Officer, Prakasham is transferred and posted as Gazetted Instructor
at ETC, Bapatla, Guntur
in the existing vacancy.
7.
Sri G.Veeraiah, Divisional Panchayat
Officer, Guntur is kept Full Additional Charge
to the post of District Panchayat Officer, Guntur
3. The District Collectors of Srikakulam,
Vizianagaram, Prakasham, SPSR Nellore, Chittoor and Y.S.R Kadapa Districts are
hereby permitted to keep the senior most Divisional Panchayat Officers in the
Full Additional Charge to the post of District Panchayat Officer in the
respective districts.
4. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj &
Rural Employment, Hyderabad/
the District Collectors concerned are requested to take necessary action in the
matter.
