ORDER:-

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies,T.S., Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of the matter in detail, hereby appointing a Non Official Person-in-Charge Committee to Cooperative Electric Supply Society Ltd., Sircilla Karimnagar District for a period of six (6) months under section 32(7) (a) of APCS Act, 1964 or till the elections are conducted whichever is earlier and to take urgent steps for conduct of elections with the following body:
