As per Section 83 of A.P. State
Reorganisation Act, the A.P. Public Service Commission devolves on the State of
A.P.
2. Government after careful examination have
decided to Constitute a committee for final allocation of employees, other
assets and related matters between APPSC and TSPSC.

3. The above two officers committee will

ORDER:-
As per Section 83 of A.P. State Reorganisation Act, the
A.P. Public Service Commission devolves on the State of A.P. and Telangana will
constitute its own Public Service Commission. In the G.O. second read above
Telangana State Public Service Commission has been constituted.
2. In the reference fourth read above, orders were issued
constituting two officers committee for finalization of division of staff
between APPSC and TSPSC and other related issue likely to crop up during the
division of staff.

5. Pending finalization of division of staff between APPSC and
Telangana State Public Service Commission, Government hereby order that the
persons specified in the Annexure to this order in respect of A.P. Public
Service Commission shall provisionally serve in Telangana State Public Service
Commission with effect from 01.01.2015.
Retired persons who have superannuated after 02.06.2014 shown as ordered
to work with Telangana State Public Service Commission allotment is only
notional and should not be admitted in to office since they have already
superannuated. They need not report for
duty to Government of Telangana or Telangana State Public Service Commission. Final allocation of retired employees will be
done by the Committee constituted vide reference fourth read above.
