Order:
In the G.O. 1 st read above, Government have issued orders constituting
Affiliation Committee which shall, after thorough scrutiny of the proposals of the
management of Private D.Ed Colleges for granting renewal/fresh affiliation and for
additional intake of 50 students, submit its recommendations in respect of each
college to Government for its approval.
2. In the references 2 nd cited, the Commissioner & Director of School Education,
A.P., Hyderabad submitted that the 4 th Affiliation Committee meeting held on
16.12.2014 under the Chairpersonship of C&DSE, A.P. Hyderabad and the
Affiliation Committee, among other things, thoroughly scrutinized the proposals
submitted by the Pvt. D.Ed Colleges for grant of Fresh Affiliation. The Commissioner
& Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad has further submitted that the
Committee recommended for grant of fresh affiliation in respect of (03) Private D.Ed
Colleges for the Academic year 2014-15.
3. In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of School
Education, A.P. Hyderabad, after careful examination of the matter, keeping in view
of the orders issued in the G.O. 1 st read above, Government hereby accord
permission to the Commissioner & Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad to grant Fresh Affiliation in respect of following (03) Private D.Ed
Colleges for the academic year 2014-15 :
1. Jani DIET College D.Ed,
Plot No. 636/C, Issapalm (V), Narasraopet, Guntur Dist.
2. St. Marys D.Ed College,
Plot No. 728/1,2,3, Podili (V), Podili, Prakasam Dist.
3. Jermaiah College of Education (D.Ed),
Burugupudi, Korukonda (M), Rajahmundry, East Godavari Dist
4. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly. She is also requested to
put the entire database of D.Ed Colleges on website and also take steps to migrate
to on-line application processing system for both fresh cases and renewal with
immediate effect and strictly adhere to the prescribed timelines.

recommended (19) Pvt. D.Ed Colleges for granting of renewal of affiliation for the
year 2014-15.
3. In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of School
Education, A.P. Hyderabad, after careful examination of the matter, keeping in view
of the orders issued in G.O. Ms. No. 18, School Education (Prog.II) Dept dated
18.05.2014, Government hereby accord permission to the Commissioner & Director
of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to grant Renewal Affiliation in
respect of (19) Private D.Ed Colleges (Annexure appended). The period of renewal
affiliation is for four years from the academic year 2014-15 in accordance with the
orders issued in the G.O. 1 st read above i.e. 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 and
2017-18.
4. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly. He is also requested to
put the entire database of D.Ed Colleges on website and also take steps to migrate
to on-line application processing system for both fresh cases and renewal with

period of renewal affiliation is for four years from the academic year 2014-15 in
accordance with the orders issued in the G.O. 1 st read above i.e. 2014-15, 2015-16,

(Plan) in a single installment so as to enable to take up and complete the
Civil Works to the Sainik School,
Korukonda in time during 2014-15.
2. The Finance (ESE) Department have
issued Budget Release Order for Rs.
2,04,17,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Four Lakhs Seventeen Thousands) Plan from the
BE Provision 2014-15 as 3rd
& 4th quarter balance
available amount towards meeting the expenditure under the Head of Account
2202-02-110-11-08-310-312.
