ORDER:-
Consequent on inclusion of the names of following Deputy
Superintendents of Police (Civil), they are hereby notionally promoted as
Addl. Superintendents of Police (NC) under Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State &
Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, for the panel years 2008-2009 to 2012-
2013 as mentioned against their names, on par with their juniors, who
were already promoted as Addl. Superintendents of Police (NC) and
included in the final seniority list published vide G.O. 3 rd read above:






2. The officers promoted in para 1 above shall join the promotion post
within a period of (15) days from the date of receipt of the orders. If they
fail to join the new post within the said time limit or evade to join the post
by proceeding on leave, they shall forfeit their right of appointment both for
the present and in future for their promotion post.
3.  Consequent on revision of the panel years from 2008-2009 to
2012-13, vide G.O.6 th read above the revised dates of notional seniorities
in the final state wide seniority list of Addl. Superintendent of Police
published earlier vide G.O.3 rd read above, will be re-published as per the
vacancy position in due course.

action in the matter.
