ORDER:

Orders were issued in the G.O. 1 st read above, for nomination and
appointment of Dr.Shailendra Kumar Joshi, IAS, Principal Secretary to Govt., (FAC)
Energy Department, as Non-whole time Director and as Share-holder on the Board
of TSTRANSCO, TSGENCO, Subscriber/ Promoter and Director on the Board of
APPFCL, Director on the Board of SCCL and Shareholder on the Board of two
DISCOMs, viz., TSSPDCL and TSNPDCL.

2.  In the G.O. 2 nd read above, Dr.Shailendra Kumar Joshi, IAS, Principal
Secretary to Govt.,(FAC) Energy Department., was transferred. Vide orders in G.O
3 rd read above Sri Arvind Kumar IAS, is posted as Secretary to Govt., Energy
Department, Government of Telangana and assumed charge on 16-01-2015.

3.  In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 3 rd read above, Government
hereby nominate and appoint Sri Arvind Kumar IAS, Principal Secretary to
Government, Energy Department Government of Telangana as Non-whole time
Director and shareholder on the Board of Telangana TRANSCO., TSGENCO,
Subscriber/Promoter and Director on the Board of TSPFCL, Director on the Board of
SCCL and Shareholder on the Board of two Telangana DISCOMs viz., TSSPDCL and
TSNPDCL in the place of Dr.Shailendra Kumar Joshi, IAS, Principal Secretary to
Govt., (FAC) Energy Department who was transferred.

4.  The Chairman & Managing Directors of Telangana TRANSCO, TSGENCO,
TSSPDCL, TSNPDCL, SCCL, and MD, TSPFCL shall take further necessary action in
the matter accordingly.
