In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued appointing Sri Ajay Jain, IAS, Secretary to Government (FAC), Energy Department as Director and Designating him as Managing Director (I/c) in Andhra Pradesh Power Finance Corporation Limited (APPFCL), Hyderabad.

2. In the G.O. second read above, Sri Ajay Jain, IAS., Secretary to Government, Energy Department has been posted as Secretary to Government, Energy, Infrastructure
& Investment Department and he has also been placed in full additional charge of the post of VC & Managing Director, Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (INCAP).

3. Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby place Sri K.Vijayanand, IAS, Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation
Limited (APGENCO), Hyderabad ( who is already the Director of Andhra Pradesh Power Finance Corporation Limited (APPFCL) ) as in charge Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh Power Finance Corporation Limited (APPFCL), Hyderabad, duly relieving Sri Ajay Jain, IAS, Secretary to Government, Energy, I & I Department from the in-charge of the said Corporation.
