ORDER
In the reference read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare,
Telangana, Hyderabad has proposed to appoint a Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths
for the Telangana State as requested by the Director of Census, Hyderabad to
perform the Civil Registration System (CRS) activities i.e. to conduct certain training
programmes on Civil Registration System to the persons who are involved in births and
deaths registration work and Medical Certification of Cause of Death (MCCD) training
which has to be given to doctors and coders, every year and to release Civil Registration
System.
2.  Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to appoint the
Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Hyderabad as Chief Registrar of Births and
Deaths for Telangana State.
3.  Accordingly, the following notification is issued for publication in Telanagana
Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 4(1) in chapter II Registration
of Births & Deaths Act 1969 (Act No.18 of 1969), the Director of Public Health & Family
Welfare, Telangana State, Hyderabad is hereby appointed as Chief Registrar of Births &
Deaths to Telangana State for systematic implementation of the programme in
Telangana State.
The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action in the matter.
