ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry
Department, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby constitute the following Technical & Financial Bid Committees to finalize the tenders for procurement of Chaff cutters, fodder balers and rakes through e-Procurement and accord permission to call for tenders through e-procurement for procurement of Chaff cutters, fodder balers and rakes for a period of (2) years (2014-15 & 2015-16) from the date of acceptance of the tender or till the next tenders are finalized duly approve the tender terms and conditions, appended to the letter read above.
Technical Bid Committee:

2. The Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Dept., A.P., Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly.
