ORDER:-
In the G.O.3 rd read above, Government have Re-constituted Committee with
the following members for allotment of 34 shops at Flower Market, Gudimalkapur
under Agricultural Market Committee, Hyderabad duly following conditions
stipulated in G.O.1 st read above.
1. Joint Director of Marketing, Hyderabad --  Chairman
2. Deputy Director of Marketing, Hyderabad --  Member
3. Executive Engineer, Hyderabad  --  Member
4. Secretary, AMC, Hyderabad  --  Member- convener
2. In the reference 6 th read above, the C&DoAM, Telangana, Hyderabad has
reported that, the Department of Agrl. Marketing has not leased out so far any of its
shops etc., for such long periods. The Department may face difficulty in getting rents
of the shops if leased out instead of letting on rental basis. Moreover the
Department has dealt all such shops on rental basis only for all these years. No
shop is leased out so far except cold storage units.
3.  Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby permit the
Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana State, Hyderabad for
allotment of 34 shops in Flower Market at Gudimalkapur under Agricultural Market
Committee, Hyderabad on rental basis only instead of leasing out for 25/30years.
4.  The Commissioner and Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana State,
Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
