O R D E R:
In the reference 1 st read above, orders have been issued according
permission for the creation of a separate entity in the name and style of
Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd with the following First
Directors and Share Holders.

2.  In the reference 2 nd read above, orders were issued nominating Sri
S.Pulla Rao, Assitant Secretary to Govt., CAF&CS Department as Director and
Sri Manohar Kumar Rathod, Deputy Director, o/o the Commissioner of Civil
Supplies as Subscriber/Share Holder in place of Sri V. Anil Kumar, IAS to
facilitate incorporation of the new company under the Companies Act, 2013.

3.  In the reference 3 rd read above the Chairman & Managing Director,
APSCSCL (Telangana Unit), Hyderabad has stated that Sri S. Pulla Rao,
Assistant Secretary to Govt., CAF&CS Department has transferred from the
present post, one of the Share Holders Sri A. Durga Prasad, General Manager
(Admn. & Fin.) has retired from service on attaining the age of
superannuation and Sri G. Sri Ram, Joint Director is going to retire from the
service from 28.2.2015 on attaining the age of superannuation. He has
therefore requested to nominate another officers in place of Sri S. Pulla Rao,
Sri A. Durga Prasad, General Manager (Admn & Fin)(Retd) and Sri G. Sri
Ram, Joint Director to facilitate incorporation of the new company.

4.  Government after careful examination of the matter hereby nominate
Sri P. Shankar Reddy, Assistant Secretary to Govt., CAF & CS Department as
Director in place of Sri S. Pulla Rao and Sri R.Y. Prabhu, General
Manager(Admn. & Fin.) and Sri K. Venkateswara Rao, Dy. Director, o/o CCS as
Subscriber/Share holders in place of Sri Sri A. Durga Prasad, General
Manager (Admn. & Fin.) and Sri G. Sri Ram, Joint Director respectively to
facilitate incorporation of the new company under the Companies Act, 2013.

5.  The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, APSCSCL(Telangana Unit)
shall take necessary action accordingly.
