ORDER:-
As per Finance Department letter 3 rd read above, the NABARD has sanctioned a
loan amount of Rs.20004.75 lakhs under RIDF - XX (2014-15) towards 85% of total
estimated  cost  of  Rs.23535.00  lakhs  for  undertaking  the  works  for
construction/strengthening of 43 DPH&FW/DME/A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad/AYUSH
Hospitals in the State in 2014-15 with the State Government contribution of
Rs.3530.25 lakhs (i.e. 15%) for the above works proposed earlier by the MD.,
APMSIDC.
2.  Government  after  careful  examination  of  the  matter,  hereby  accord
administrative  sanction  for  construction/strengthening  of  the  following  43
DPH&FW/DME/A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad/AYUSH Hospitals in the State in 2014-15
at a total estimated cost of Rs.23535.00 lakhs as per the detailed break up indicated
against each.

3.  The Director, Public Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad/ the Director of
Medical Education, AP, Hyderabad/the Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad,
Hyderabad/the Commissioner, AYUSH, AP, Hyderabad, shall take necessary measures
for construction/strengthening as the case may be, of the above hospitals with
immediate effect as per Action Plan. The HODs concerned are requested to coordinate
with APMSIDC for preparation of estimates for the civil works and essential equipment
required  for  the  hospitals  with  due  consultations  and  ensure  successful
implementation of the programme without any time over runs.
4.  The Director, Public Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad/ the Director of
Medical Education, AP, Hyderabad/the Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad,
Hyderabad/the Commissioner, AYUSH, AP, Hyderabad and the MD., APMSIDC are
requested to take necessary follow up action.
5.  This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (PF & NABARD) Department
vide their U.O.No7236/134/PF-1/2014, dt.09-12-2014.
