ORDER:
 In the letter read above, Cabinet Secretary, Govt. of India has requested for nomination of three IAS/IFS officers who have worked in the Districts as members of the Team officers who will undertake ground assessment of shortlisted initiative for Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration for the year 2013-14. The teams also will make on ground assessment on how earlier initiative which had won award has fared over the time. Most likely, the team visit would be for a duration of five days starting from 16th February, 2015. The details of the visit etc. will be intimated to the officers directly by the Dept. of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievance, Govt. of India during the course of time. The State Government hereby nominate the following officers for this purpose:

 The officers are requested to attend the assigned work without fail. The purpose of the visit would be treated as official and they are entitled to draw usual T.A. and D.A. for this purpose from the office they are working at present.
