ORDER:
In the G.Os 1 st to 3 rd read above orders have been issued to provide Personal
Assistants to MLAs on deputation up to the cadre of Senior Assistants subject to certain
conditions mentioned therein.
2. In the reference 6 th read above, Sri Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu,MLA.,
Visakhapatnam (East) Constituency, Visakhapatnam District has requested to appoint
Sri N.Surya Prakash, School Assistant, Government of High School, Sabbavaram,
Visakhapatnam District as Personal Assistant to him in relaxation of existing rules.
3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to
the District Collector, Visakhapatnam District to appoint Sri N.Surya Prakash, School
Assistant, Government of High School, Sabbavaram, Visakhapatnam District as Personal
Assistant  to  Sri  Velagapudi  Ramakrishna  Babu,  MLA.,  Visakhapatnam  (East)
Constituency, Visakhapatnam District on deputation basis, in relaxation of Rules issued
in the GOs 1 st to 4 th read above.
4. The District Collector, Visakhapatnam District shall take necessary action
accordingly.
