S.O. 507(E).—The following Order issued by the President of India is published for general

information: —

“In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 356 of the Constitution read with

sub-section (1) of section 50 of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 (1 of 1992),

I, Pranab Mukherjee, President of India hereby revoke the Order issued by me on the 16th day of February, 2014 under article 239AB of the Constitution in relation to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with effect from the 14th day of February, 2015.

Chief Minister of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi with effect

from the date he is sworn in.

The President is pleased to appoint, on the advice of the Chief Minister:—

ii.  Shri Asim Ahmed Khan

iii.  Shri Sandeep Kumar

iv.  Shri Satyendar Jain

v.  Shri Gopal Rai

vi.  Shri Jitender Singh Tomar

to be the Ministers in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with effect from the

date(s) they are sworn in.
