ESTABLISHMENT – General Administration Department –Creation of posts in the
peshies of (06) Advisors to Government – Orders - Issued.

Read the following:-
1. G.O.Rt.No.02, Genl. Admn. (Spl-A) Deptt., Dt:02.06.2014.
2. U.O.No.2/OP.II/15, Genl. Admn. (OP.II) Deptt., Dt:05.03.2015.

ORDER:
In the G.O. 1 st read above, orders were issued appointing (06) Advisors to
Government with effect from 02-06-2014initially for period of one year.

2.  In the reference 2 nd read above, the General Administration (OP.II)
Department have requested to create certain posts in the peshies of (06)
Advisors to Government.

3. Government have examined the matter carefully and hereby create
following posts temporarily with effect from 02-06-2014 and to fill the posts on
O.D. basis with the same scale of pay and allowances as they are drawing in
their parent Departments and Special Pay as eligible to the posts for attending
the duties in the Peshies of Advisors to Government. The posts are Co-terminus
with the tenure of the Advisors to Government.

For (06) Advisors to Government Peshies:-

1.  Private Secretary (Gazetted)  :  6 x 1 = 6
2.  Office Subordinate  :  6 x 2 = 12
3.  Driver  :  6 x 1 = 6

4.  The General Administration (OP.II) Department are requested to take
further necessary action in the matter.
