ORDER:-
The following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary
issue of the Telangana Gazette, dated:25.04.2015.

                       NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (4)
read with sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Telangana (Agricultural
Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) and in partial
modification of the notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 2095, Food &
Agriculture (Agri. IV) Department, Dated.29th October, 1968 and published
in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7th November, 1968 – Part-II,
miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of
Telangana hereby bifurcate the Yellareddypet Mandal from the notified
area of Agriculture Market Committee, Pothugal Hqrs. Musthabad the area
comprising as specified in Annexure-I to be a separate notified area of
Agricultural Market Committee, Racharla Boppapur as shown in
Annexure-II and notified area of Agriculture Market Committee, Pothugal
Hqrs. Musthabad after exclusion of Yellareddypet Mandal as specified in
Annexure-III for the purpose said Act for regulating the purchase and sale
in respect of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock
specified in Schedule-II of the Notification referred to above and other
commodities added to the said list from time to time and the intention to
make such declaration having been previously published in Part - I,
Extraordinary issue of the Telangana Gazette No.101 Dated: 28.11.2014
vide G.O.Ms.No. 22, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKT.1) Department,
Dated: 24.11.2014 as required in sub-section (1) of Section-3 of the said
Act.
