Golden Peakcock Awards Secretariat, Institute of Directors,

New Delhi, India.

4. From the Director (Coordination), Ministry of External

ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, the Director General, Golden

Peacock Awards Secretariat, Institute of Directors, New Delhi has

intimated that the Singareni Collieries Company Limited has been declared

as the Winner of Golden Peacock Innovative Product/Service Award for the

year 2015 and invited the Chairman and Managing Director of SCCL,

Hyderabad to receive the Award during the 25th World Congress on

leadership for Business Excellence and Innovation being organized at

Dubai, UAE from 20-22, April, 2015.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Chairman and Managing

Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Hyderabad was proposed

to participate and receive the Golden Peacock Innovative Product / Service

Award for the year 2015 at Dubai, UAE, from 20-22, April, 2015.

3. In the reference 3rd read above, Government has requested the

Ministry of External Affairs, GoI for issuance of necessary political

clearance in respect of Sri N. Sridhar, IAS., Chairman & Managing

Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Hyderabad to visit Dubai

to receive the Golden Peakcock Innovative Product / Service Award for the

year 2015 from 20-22, April, 2015.

4. In the reference 4th read above, the Ministry of External Affairs, GoI

have issued clearance from the Political angle to Sri N. Sridhar, IAS.,

Chairman & Managing Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited,

Hyderabad for the visit to Dubai during the period from 20-22, April, 2015.

5. Government hereby accord permission to Sri N. Sridhar, IAS.,

Chairman and Managing Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited,

Hyderabad to receive the Golden Peakcock Innovative Product/Service

Award for the year 2015 at Dubai on actual date of function during the

period from 20-22,April, 2014 and travel time.

6. The entire cost of the visit shall be borne by Singareni Collieries

Company Limited, Hyderabad and budget provision have been provided

for the purpose.

7. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with

the above visit including journey time of both ways, shall be treated as on

duty, during which, the officer will draw his grade pay and allowances

which he would have drawn but for his visit. The Member of Service is

requested to follow the instructions in regard to the drawl of T.A and D.A.

8. Sri N. Sridhar, IAS., Chairman & Managing Director, Singareni

Collieries Company Limited, Hyderabad shall submit the report on the

outcome of the visit to Joint Secretary (Parl. & Coordination), Ministry of

External Affairs, New Delhi and particularly indicate the contribution of the

delegation and how the visit was of benefit to India’s interests.

9. The Prl. Secretary to Government, Energy Department shall make

internal arrangements for the post of Chairman and Managing Director,

Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Hyderabad during the above visit of

the Officer.

10. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide

their U.O.Note No.4955/86/A2/2015, dated 9.4.2015 of Finance (EBS.II)

Department.
