O R D E R:
                In the G.O 7th read above, Government have issued orders for fixation of the fee
structure for admissions into Post Graduate Dental Course (MDS) in Army College of Dental
Sciences for the block period 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13.

In the G.O 8th read above, Government have issued orders for fixation of the fee
structure for admissions into Under Graduate Dental Course (BDS) in Army College of Dental
Sciences for the block period 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13.

In the G.O 9th read above, Government have issued orders among others to continue
the existing fee structure for the Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad for the
year 2014-15.

In the letter 10th read above, the Principal, Army College of Dental Sciences,
Secunderabad has informed that there is a need to revise the existing tuition fee for PG &
UG Dental Course in their College to meet the salary hike, price inflation and also for self
sustaining the College. He has therefore requested the Government to revise the fee
structure for MDS / BDS Courses in respect of Army College of Dental Sciences,
Secunderabad.

The Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order that the fee
structure and certain directions connected thereto as indicated in the annexure to this order
shall be implemented by the Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad. These orders
are applicable to Post Graduate (MDS) and Under Graduate (BDS) Courses in Army College
of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad for the Academic Year 2015-16 and shall come into force
with immediate effect.

The Principal, Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad shall take necessary
action in the matter accordingly.

Particulars of the tuition fee structure in respect of Post Graduate (MDS) and Under
Graduate (BDS) courses in Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad for the academic
year 2015-16 and certain directions thereto.

(A). FEE FIXED FOR POST GRADUATE AND UNDER GRADUATE DENTAL
COURSES IN ARMY COLLEGE OF DENTAL SCIENCES, SECUNDERABAD

The above said fee for Dental Colleges is inclusive of charges for Dental Materials
used during the course

* A fee of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) per annum for all the failed
students of BDS for all the subjects in each phase of study during the academic
year. The said amount of Rs.15,000/- shall however be proportionately reduced
depending upon the actual number of subjects in which the student fails.

(B) (i) The students admitted to the course during the academic year 2015-16 shall pay
every year the same annual tuition fee as paid at the time of their admission till
they complete the course.

(ii) The students who were admitted to the course prior to the academic year 2015-
16 shall continue to pay every year the same annual fee at the rate existing at
the time of their admission till they complete the course.

(iii) The Institutions shall collect the Annual Tuition Fee every year in advance only
for that particular year either in a lump sum or in installments, if it so opts.

(iv) The Management of the Institution shall not charge any Capitation Fee and there
shall not be any profiteering, except the above Fee fixed by the Govt., no other
amount, either directly or indirectly, can be charged un-authorisedly or illegally
by the Managements. If any such other amount is charged under any other
head or guise (e.g. donation etc.) it would amount to charging of Capitation Fee.
The surplus (profit) that is generated from the collection of the Fee must be for
the benefit of the Institutions and cannot be diverted for other purpose or for
personal gain.
