ORDER:

              The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana State Industrial

Infrastructure Corporation Limited, vide reference 2nd read above, has

requested the Government to issue necessary orders re-constituting the Board

of Directors of Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited in

pursuance of Article 64 of Article of Association of TSIIC Ltd., by nominating

the new Chairman and Directors of the Board as some of the existing Directors

have been transferred and posted to various departments.

2. In the circumstances stated by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director,

Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, the Government

hereby nominate the following officers as Directors on the Board of Directors of

TSIIC Ltd., under Article 64 of Articles of Association of TSIIC Ltd.

3. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana State Industrial

Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall take further necessary

action, accordingly.

4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
