The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-

                                    NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001 (Act No.36 of 2001 as subsequently amended vide Act No.18 of 2002), Government hereby
makes the following appointment.

“Sri S.P. Tucker, IAS, Special Chief Secretary to Government, Planning Department is appointed as the Chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Authority.”
