O R D E R:
Government hereby constitute a Cabinet Sub-Committee / Group of Ministers (GoM) on strengthening of Panchayat Raj Institutions and to prepare detailed plans to each Gram
Panchayat (G.P) for better utilisation of various funds, to launch Flagship programme named “Grama Jyohti”, with the following Ministers:-

1. Minister for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development & IT. …Chairman

2. Minister for Finance & Planning, Small Savings, State
Lotteries, Consumer Affairs, Legal Metrology, Civil Supplies. …Member

3. Minister for Irrigation, Marketing & Legislative Affairs. …Member

4. Minister for Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture,
Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Development Corporation, Seeds Corporation. 
…Member

5. Minister for Forest & Environment, Backward Classes
Welfare.
 …Member

6. Minister for Roads & Buildings, Women & Child
Development.
 …Member

2. The Principal Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development shall be the convener of the above Committee.

3. The Committee shall prepare policy frame work and submit its report to Government.
