ORDER:

            The following Notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary Issue of the
Telangana Gazette, dated: 25.07.2015.

                         NOTIFICATION

Whereas, in the G.O.read above the Government has declared that any service
in Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited as an essential service under
the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971,
(A.P.Act No.20 of 1971);

2. And whereas, the Government has satisfied that it is necessary and expedient to
prohibit strikes in public interest, in any services in Telangana State Power Generation
Corporation Limited for a further period of six (6) months;

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3)
of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (A.P.Act 20
of 1971), the Government of Telangana hereby prohibits strikes in all the services under
the Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited for a period of six (6)
months with effect from 27.07.2015.
