2. From the Additional Director of Prosecutions (FAC), Andhra Pradesh,

Hyderabad, Lr.No.1654/B1/2008, dated:18-12-2014.

ORDER:-

         In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have reconstituted Departmental

Promotion Committee with the following Members for appointment of 1st and 2nd Level Gazetted Posts i.e., Administration Officer (Legal) and Senior Assistant Public Prosecutor in Prosecution Department for a period of two years tenure beyond 12.12.2014:

1. Director of Prosecutions / Additional Director

of Prosecutions (FAC), A.P., Hyderabad - Chairman/Convener

2. Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderanad - Member

3. Deputy Secretary / Joint Secretary/

Additional Secretary to Government in

the concerned Administrative Department - Member

2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Additional Director of Prosecutions (FAC),

Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to constitute the

Departmental Promotion Committee with the same Members as mentioned in the G.O. 1st read above, for a period of two years beyond 12.12.2014 for appointment of 1st & 2nd level Gazetted posts i.e. Administration Officer (Legal) and Senior Assistant Public Prosecutor in Prosecution Department, as the term of the present Committee will expire by 12.12.2014.

3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby Reconstitute the

Departmental Promotion Committee with the following members for a period of two years from 13.12.2014 for the First and Second level Gazetted posts i.e.

Administrative Officer(Legal) and Senior Assistant Public Prosecutors in Prosecution Department:

1. Director of Prosecutions / Additional Director

of Prosecutions (FAC), A.P., Hyderabad - Member / Convener

2. Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad -Member

3. Deputy Secretary / Joint Secretary/

Additional Secretary to Government in

the concerned Administrative Department. -Member

4. The Additional Director of Prosecutions (FAC), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad,

shall take necessary further action in the matter.
