The following notification will be published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated: 10-07-2015.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following amendment to the Special Rules for the Andhra Pradesh Police (Intelligence) Services issued in G.O.Ms.No.696, Home (Pol.E) Department, dated:01.10.1994.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, under rule 3, for the item (i) under method of Appointment in

Column (2) against Category 4 Reporter (Shorthand Branch), the following shall be substituted.

(i) By appointment by transfer of Special Category Stenographer of the Andhra

Pradesh Ministerial Services working in Heads of the Department / Offices

under the Administrative Departments of A.P. Secretariat.

(OR)

(ii) If there are no qualified or suitable candidates available for appointment by

method (i) above by direct recruitment.

ORDER:

In the G.O. 7th read above, Government have issued amendments to the

Andhra Pradesh Special Protection Force Subordinate Service Rules, 1995 issued in the first read above.

2. In the circumstances stated by the Secretary (I/C) Andhra Pradesh Public

Service Commission in her letter 8th read above, Government hereby issue the

following amendment:

In the said G.O., the following shall be added as reference No.6:

“6. From the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission’s letter

No.986/RR/2013, dated:20.5.2013”
