O R D E R:

             In the reference first read above, orders were issued introducing
Automatic Advancement Scheme with effect from 01.04.1981 and as
per the recommendations of 9th Pay Revision Commission, modified
Automatic Advancement Scheme orders were issued vide G.O.Ms.No.
93, Finance (PC-II) Department, dated. 03.04.2010 w.e.f. 01.07.2008, to
those who have completed 8 years / 16years / 24 years of service in a
particular scale / category making them eligible for S.G. / S.P.P-I/
S.P.P-II scales respectively subject to the conditions specified therein.
Subsequently, as per the agreement between the Government and J.A.C.
of Employees, Teachers and Pensioners on 23.01.2011. Government
have agreed for the change of periodicity from the existing 8/16/24
years to 6/12/18/24 years for appointments under the Automatic
Advancement Scheme. Based on the above, Government issued
modified Automatic Advancement Scheme orders, vide G.O.Ms.No. 96
Finance (P.C–II) Department, dated:20.05.2011, with effect from
01.02.2010.

2. The pay of the individual on appointment to Special Grade scale
shall be regulated under FR.22 (a) (i) read with FR.31 (2).

3. In the reference 7th read above, the Director of State Audit,
Telangana, Hyderabad is requested to sanction Special Grade Scale in
respect of Smt K. Indira, Deputy Director w.e.f.
24.08.2013 in the TSP of Rs.23,650 – 49,360 on
completion of Six years of service in the category of Deputy Director,
State Audit, and that on appointment to Special Grade Scale, her pay
may be fixed at Rs.36,700/- w.e.f. 04.10.2014 under FR 22(a) (1) and
re-fixed at Rs.37,600/- w.e.f. 01.02.2014 under FR 31 (2) in the
category of Deputy Director (Spl. Grade).

4. As per the Servicer Register the service particulars of the individual
in the category of Deputy Director is as follows:



5. As per the above statement, the above Officer has completed (6)
years of incremental service in the category of Deputy Director as
mentioned at column No.3 (Para 3 above), and come in the purview of the
modified Automatic Advancement Scheme (i.,e 6/12/18/24 years) vide
G.O. Ms.No. 96 Finance (PC-II) Department, dated:20.05.2011 and the
Officer is eligible for sanction of Special Grade scale in the category of
Deputy Director, in the pay scale of Rs. 23650 – 49360 (RPS – 2010) w.e.f.
24.08.2013 under FR 22 (a) (1) and re-fixed at Rs.37,600/- w.e.f.
01.02.2014 under FR 31 (2) and her pay shall be regulated in the category
of Deputy Director (Special Grade) in the above scale.

6. The Officer is informed that if any excess payment is noticed on a
later date due to erroneous fixation of pay in contravention of rules, it will
be recovered from her without prior notice.
