O R D E R:

            In the circumstances explained by the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture,
Agriculture & Cooperation Department in the D.O.Letters 1st to 3rd read above and
report of the Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana State Hyderabad in the
letters 4th & 7th read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby
accept the proposal of the Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana State,
Hyderabad and hereby constitute the following Committee to support Market
Interventions for price control of perishable Agri - Horticultural commodities i.e., Onion
and Potatoes and the Department of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana State as Nodal
Administrative Department to carryout the procurement of notified Agricultural –
Horticultural commodities.

1. Director of Marketing -- Chairman
2. Managing Director, MARKFED -- Member
3. Addl. Director of Marketing -- Member – Convener
4. General Manager (Civil Supplies) -- Member
5. CEO, Rythu Bazars -- Member
6. General Manager, MARKFED -- Member
7. Representative from Mana Kuragayalu-- Member Project

2. The above Committee shall act to manage the Central Corpus Fund (Price
Stabilisation Fund) and receive proposals from State Agencies / Central Agencies for
carryout the procurement of notified Agricultural – Horticultural commodities for
stabilization of market prices.

3. The Committee is permitted to send necessary proposals to Government of India
for obtaining Corpus Fund for the purpose as per the guidelines of the Scheme.

4. The Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly.
