ORDER:

           In the reference read above the Commissioner of Fisheries among other things has
stated that with a view to achieve double digit growth in Fisheries Sector which is under
Primary Mission, the Commissioner of Fisheries has designed certain new schemes along
with operational guidelines under “Fisheries development” under the Head of Account
2405-00-800-11-25-310-312 and communicated the same to the District Fisheries
Officers. All these new schemes were approved in Budget Estimates 2015-16 and
requested to ratify the operational guidelines of the new schemes, as detailed below.

2. In view of the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Fisheries, A.P.
Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter,
Government hereby ratify the action of the Commissioner of Fisheries, A.P. Hyderabad in
having designed the above said new schemes along with operational guidelines and
communicated to the District Fisheries Officers with a view to achieve double digit growth
under Primary mission.

3. The operative guidelines of the above said schemes are appended as annexure to
this order.

4. The Commissioner of Fisheries shall take necessary action in the matter
accordingly.
