ORDER:
                In the circumstances reported, by the Project Director, Andhra Pradesh State
AIDS Control Society, Hyderabad in the letter Third read above, the Government after
careful examination of the matter hereby reconstitute the Andhra Pradesh Blood
Transfusion Council in Supersession of the orders issued in the G.O. second read
above with the following Members:-

Governing Body:
1. Principal Secretary to Government, H&FW Dept. --- President
2. Secretary ,Finance or a representative not below the
            rank of Deputy Secretary to Government, A.P. -- Member
3. Commissioner, Health & Family Welfare -- Member
4. Director of Public Health & Family Welfare. A.P. --- Member
5. Commissioner of APVVP -- Member
6. Secretary A.P State Red Cross Society or His representative --- Member
7. Director, of Drugs Control Administration --- Member
8. Joint Director, Basic Services, --- Member
     Andhra Pradesh State AIDS Control Society
9. Blood Bank Medical Officer -- Member
10. Joint Director, Blood Safety, --- Member
           Andhra Pradesh State AIDS Control Society
11. Joint Director, Care, Support and Treatment, --- Member

2. The tenure of the Governing Body shall be for a period of Five (5) years. The
control, administration and Management of the affairs of the society shall vest with the
Governing Body in accordance with the rules and regulations of the society.

3. The tenure of the Executive Body shall be for a period of five (5) years. The
Executive Body shall be responsible to the Governing Body for the efficient running of
the affairs of the society, in accordance with the rules and regulation of the society.

4. The Project Director, Andhra Pradesh State AIDS Control Society , Hyderabad is
informed that the Memorandum of the Association of the Andhra Pradesh State AIDS
Control Society along with the rules and regulation as appended to this order should be
followed.

5. The Project Director, Andhra Pradesh State AIDS Control Project, Hyderabad is
requested to take necessary action for Registration as a Society under the provisions of
the societies Registration Act, 1860, Act No.21 of 1860.
