ORDER:

The following notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Telangana State Gazette, dated:05.09.2015.

NOTIFICATION-I

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana hereby constitute a separate Agriculture Market Committee, Birkur in Nizamabad District, by name specified in column (3) of the Annexure below with Head Quarters at the place specified in column (4) thereof. It shall come into effect from the date of taking charge by the Person-in-Charge of the said committee.

NOTIFICATION-II

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana hereby directs the Market Committee specified in column (3) of the Annexure below to establish Market at the place specified in column (5) thereof, for the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule-II to the notification issued in G.O.Ms No. 2095, Food and Agriculture Department Dated. 29.10.1968 and published at pages 1035-1039 of part-II of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. 44, Dated. 07.11.1968 read with G.O.Ms.No. 286, Agriculture & Cooperation (Mkt.I) Department dated 5.7.1994 and also other commodities added to the said list from time to time.
