ORDER:

             In the reference 1st read above, the erstwhile Government of Andhra Pradesh

have issued comprehensive guidelines for implementation of Self Employment

Schemes in all the Welfare Departments for 2013-14. In the reference 2nd read

above, the erstwhile Government of Andhra Pradesh have also issued guidelines for

implementation of financial assistance scheme by the ten (10) BC Federations. In

the reference 4th read above, Government have issued revised guidelines for

implementation of financial assistance scheme by the Ten (10) B.C. Federations. In

the reference 5th to 14th read above, Government approved the annual Action Plan

for 2015-16 for implementation of the economic support scheme for ten (10) B.C.

Federations.

2. In the reference 15th read above, the Group of Ministers on welfare with

Ministers (Finance, BC Welfare & Tribal Welfare) under the chairmanship of Deputy

Chief Minister (Education), Telangna State have made the recommendations in

regard to Financial Assistance Schemes (FAS) being implemented by Eleven (11) BC

Federations as follows:-

3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order that the

guidelines issued in the reference 4th read above shall be followed during 2015-16

also for implementation of Financial Assistance Schemes / Economic Support

Schemes being implemented by the Eleven (11) B.C. Federations, subject to the

following modification:

“The Subsidy shall be limited to Rs.1,00,000/- per member of the Society (Society

usually have around 15 individuals as members). The subsidy payable shall be

Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs only) or less depending on number of

members in the Society). The unit cost will be Rs.2,00,000/- per member and

Rs.30,00,000/- lakhs (Rupees Thirty lakhs only) for 15 members group with Bank

Loan of 50% i.e. Rs.1,00,000/- per member, for each society at Rs.15,00,000/-.

4. In the reference 16th read above, the Managing Director, Eleven (11) B.C.

Federations has submitted the revised action plan for 2015-16 for approval.

Government hereby approve the revised action plan for Eleven (11) B.C. Federations

for the year 2015-16 for implementation of Financial Assistance Schemes. The

details of Federation wise revised Action Plan 2015-16 is appended to this order for

the aforesaid 11 Federations as in Annexure-I to Annexure-XI.

5. Government further orders that the above approval is subject to meeting the

expenditure within the B.E. 2015-16.

6. The Managing Director of Eleven (11) B.C. Federations concerned shall take

necessary action accordingly.

7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.III) Department vide

their U.O.Note.No.690/230/A2/EBS.III/2015, date:22.09.2015.

ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, the erstwhile Government of Andhra

Pradesh have issued comprehensive guidelines for implementation of Self

Employment Schemes in all the Welfare Departments for 2013-14. In the

reference 2nd read above, the erstwhile Government of Andhra Pradesh have also

issued guidelines for implementation of Self Employment Scheme (SES) Margin

Money (MM) in the Rural Areas by the BC Corporation. In the reference 3rd read

above, Government have issued revised guidelines for implementation of Self

Employment Scheme Margin Money in the Rural Areas by the Telangana

Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd.,

2. In the reference 4th read above, the Group of Ministers on welfare with

Ministers (Finance, BC Welfare & Tribal Welfare) under the chairmanship of

Deputy Chief Minister (Education), Telangana State have made the

recommendations in regard to Self Employment Schemes being implemented by

Telangana Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd., as follows:-

also for implementation of self employment / economic support schemes being

implemented by the Telangana Backward Classes Cooperative Finance

Corporation Ltd., subject to the following modification:

Upto Rs.1,00,000/-                                   80%

Unit cost Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.2,00,000/-  70%

Unit cost Rs.2,00,000/- to Rs.10,00,000/- 60% or Rs.5.00 lakhs

4. In the reference 5th read above, the Managing Director, Telangana

Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd., has submitted the

action plan for 2015-16 for approval. Government hereby approve the action

plan for Telangana Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd., for

the year 2015-16 for implementation of Self Employment Scheme under Margin

Money in the Rural Areas. The details of District wise Action Plan 2015-16 is

appended to this order. Government further orders that the above approval is

subject to meeting the expenditure within the BE 2015-16.

5. The Managing Director of Telangana Backward Classes Cooperative

Finance Corporation Ltd., concerned shall take necessary action accordingly.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.III) Department

vide their U.O.Note.No.689/229/A2/EBS.III/2015, date.22.09.2015.

Urban Areas by the Telangana Backward Classes Cooperative Finance

Corporation Ltd.
