ORDER:-

           In the reference 3rd read above, orders were issued fixing certain guidelines for issue of licenses to Commission Agents.

2.     In the G.O. 4th read above, orders have been issued reducing the Security deposit and Collateral Security Deposit as proposed by Commissioner and Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P. Hyderabad.
3.   In the reference 5th read above, orders issued amending the para-3 and para-4 (a) & (b) of the G.O.Ms.No.260, Agri. & Coop. (AM.IV) Dept., dated 28-9-2010.

4.    In  the reference 6th read above, the Guntur Chillies Merchants Association in its representation Dt: 21-09-2015 requested for renewal of applications by collecting Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000/- only instead of Rs.10,00,000/- plus Rs. 25,00,000/- as Bank Guarantee as prescribed in GO Ms No.17, Dt: 31-01-2013.

5.    In the reference 7th read above, the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Hyderabad has proposed to modify G.O.Ms.No.17 and bring a new criteria where uniformly commission agents has to pay Security Deposit and Collateral Security throughout the State as per his turnover instead of turnover of the Market Committees.

6.      Government after examination of the matter in detail hereby accept the proposal of the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural marketing to modify G.O.Ms.No.17, A&C(AM.IV) Dept., dated:31.01.2013 to ensure the six slabs prescribed for payment of Security Deposit and Bank Guarantee by Commission Agents from market fee collections by the AMCs criteria to that of turnover of the Commission Agents. The following table emerges out for modification of G.O.Ms No. 17.

This can be applied for the entire State for fresh and renewal of licences including 292 disputed cases in AMC, Guntur.
       
7.    The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
