ORDER:

           It is submitted that in G.O. first read above, orders were issued revising the scale of incentive cash rewards on U.G. extremists of CPI (Maoist) and other banned outfits, rank-wise.

In Memo. second read above, Government have approved the updated list of 335 U.G. cadre as indicated in the Annexure to the said Memo.

2. In the letter third read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh has submitted proposal for inclusion of (8) Maoists who were arrested / surrendered / died in exchange of fire in the U.G. cadre list for sanctioning cash rewards as per the scale, according to their rank in cadre and to sanction reward amount of Rs. 24.00 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Four

lakhs only).

3. After careful examination of the matter and in continuation of the orders issued in the Memo. second read above, Government hereby announce the cash reward of Rs. 24.00 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Four lakhs only) on the U.G. cadre, as shown in the Annexure to this order.

4. The expenditure sanctioned in para-3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2235-Social Security and Welfare – 60-Other Social Security and Welfare Programmes – MH 200- Other Programmes – SH (21)-Rehabilitation of surrendered extremists – 410-Secrete Service Expenditure.

5. The Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount to the concerned, as per rules or orders in vogue.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-GAD.I) Department, vide their U.O. No. 22230/538/FMU GAD.I/15, dated 16.10.2015.
