ORDER:-

                In the reference 4th read above, Preliminary Notification was

issued inviting objections/ suggestions in changing the educational

qualification ie., modifying the qualification of (4) years Degree course

in Horticulture from any recognized University for the Posts of the

Farm Manager Grade-I and Grade –II and Garden Superintendent in

the Garden Department.

2. In the reference 5th read above, the Executive Officer, Tirumala

Tirupati Devastanams, Tirupati has stated that no objections

/suggestions were received on the preliminary notification, and

therefore requested to issue Final Notification in the matter.

3. Government, after careful examination, have decided to issue the

Final Notification in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an

Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:10.12.2015

                                   NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of

section 153 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious

Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Act No. 30 of 1987), the

Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following

amendment to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Employees

Service Rules, 1989 issued in G.O.Ms.No.1060, Revenue (Endts. I)

Department, dated the 24th October, 1989 and published in the

Rules Supplement to Part-I, Extraordinary of the Andhra Pradesh

Gazette, dated the 26th October, 1989, and the same having been

previously issued in G.O.Ms.No. 384, Revenue (Endts-III)

Department, dt. 15-11-2014, and published in the Rules Supplement

to Part-I, Extra- ordinary issue of the A.P Gazette No. 26-B, dated:

18th November, 2014, as required under sub-section (1) of section

153 of the said Act.

                                   AMENDMENTS

In the said Rules, in Annexure-II, under Branch “IX.Garden

Department”.

(1) against the post of “Garden Superintendent” at Sl.No.1, for

the qualification entry (i) in column (4), against the

method of recruitment by promotion in column (3), the

following shall be substituted, namely :-

“ Must possess a 4 (four) year Degree Qualification in

Horticulture from any recognized University.”

(2) against the post of Farm Manager Grade –I (Horticulture) at

Sl.No.2,-

(i) for the qualification entry (i) in column (4), against

the method of recruitment by direct in column(3),the

following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Must possess a 4 (four) year Degree Qualification

in Horticulture from any recognized University.”

(ii) for the qualification entry (i) in column (4), against

the method of recruitment by promotion in column

            (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Must possess a 4 (four) year Degree Qualification

in Horticulture from any recognized University”.

(3) against the post of Farm Manager Grade – II (Horticulture) at

Sl.No.3, for the qualification entry (i) in column (4), against the

method of direct recruitment in column (3), the following shall

be substituted, namely:-

“Must possess a 4 (four) years Degree Qualification in

Horticulture from any recognized University.”
