The following Notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary Issue of the Telangana Gazette dt. 2.12.2015

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 268 read with sections 8,11,12,13,14, 19-B,151,156,179,201A, 230B of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994(as adapted in the reference 2nd read above) the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendments to the Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules; 2006, originally issued in

G.O.Ms.No.142 PR&RD (E&R) Dept., Dated 3.5.2006.

AMENDMENTS

In the said Rules:-

1) In Rule 49, sub-rule (2) and sub-rule(3) shall be deleted.

2)Rule 81 shall be omitted.

3) In the forms XXVI,XXVII,XXX, Part I of XXXII and Part II of XXXII prescribed in the respective rules, the None Of The

Above (NOTA) option shall be incorporated at the relevant

places.

2. The Director, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad and the District Collectors and Election Authorities in the state shall take necessary action accordingly.
