Nodal Officer for implementation of Integrated Criminal Justice System
(ICJS) and Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and System (CCTNS)

1. G.O.Ms.No.72, Home (Genl) Department, dated: 09.11.2015
2. From the JS (CS), MHA, New Delhi No.22011/05/2010
SR(CCTNS), Dated: 30.11.2015.

O R D E R:
               In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders
constituting certain Committees to implement and review the progress of
NERS Project based on the suggestions issued by the Government of India,
with Members as mentioned therein.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the JS (CS), MHA, New Delhi has
stated that as per the decisions of Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs
(CCEA) and directions of PRAGATI meeting all States/ UTs need to
designate Nodal Officer for Integrated Criminal Justice System (ICJS) and
share the details with Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

3. Government after careful examination hereby decide and nominate
Sri Ravi Gupta, IPS, Additional Director General of Police, Technical
Services, Telangana State, Hyderabad as Nodal Officer for implementation
of Integrated Criminal Justice System (ICJS) and Crime and Criminal
Tracking Network and System (CCTNS) Project, and to furnish the reports
to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, from time to time.

4. The Additional Director General of Police, Technical Services,
Telangana State, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly.
