O R D E R:-
In the G.O.1 st read above, Government have introduced a New Sand Policy 2016
and issued orders amending the Rule 9 of APMMC Rules, 1966 vide G.O 2 nd read above.
Accordingly, a District Level Sand Committee (DLSC) shall constitute with (10) members
as mentioned therein. Further the SHGs shall handover the existing reaches w.e.f.
01.02.2016.
2.  After reviewing the matter, the Government hereby decided to add the following
three officials to the District Level Sand Committee (DLSC) mentioned at point (c) (1)
(iii) under Para 6 of the order issued vide G.O. 1 st read above and also decided to amend
the orders issued for handing over the existing reaches by SHGs, w.e.f. 01.02.2016 or
the date as decided by the DLSC. :
1. The Assistant Director, Survey & Land Records, concerned.
2. RTO/DTC concerned.
3. Additional Superintendent of Police, concerned.
3. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the Extra-Ordinary
issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette with immediate effect :
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Mines
& Minerals (Development & Regulation) Amendment Act, 2015, the Governor of Andhra
Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.20,
Industries & Commerce (M.II) Department, Dt.15.01.2016.

Regarding IV & V and above order streams, SHGs(MACs)  shall  hand  over  existing reaches to the officer authorized by DLSC w.e.f 01.02.2016 and these sand reaches will be allotted through e-Auction for the balance quantity of sand available in the
reaches as on 01.02.2016 as per their
respective EC approved quantities. DLSC is authorized to initiate auction process well in advance to enable successful bidders to take over the sand reaches immediately after 01.02.2016
Regarding IV & V and above order
streams, SHGs (MACs) shall hand over
existing reaches to the officer authorized
by DLSC w.e.f 01.02.2016 or the date
as decided by the DLSC and these
sand reaches will be allotted through e-
Auction for the balance quantity of sand
available  in  the  reaches  as  on
01.02.2016 or the date as decided by
the DLSC as per their respective
Environment Clearance (EC) approved
quantities. DLSC is authorized to initiate
auction process well in advance to
enable successful bidders to take over
the sand reaches immediately after
01.02.2016 or the date as decided by
the DLSC.
