O R D E R:
The following transfers and postings are ordered with immediate effect:-
1.    Sri Ashiwini Kumar Parida, IAS (1980), Special Chief Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department, is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises, in the existing vacancy.
2.    Sri Ajeya Kallam, IAS (1983), Special Chief Secretary to Government (CT, Excise,  & Reg. Stamps), Revenue Department, is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Finance Department and Special Chief Secretary to Government (CT, Excise, & Reg. Stamps), Revenue Department.
3.    Sri Dinesh Kumar, IAS (1983), Special Chief Secretary to Govt. (RD), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development is posted as Special Chief Secretary to Govt. (RD), Panchayat Raj and Rural Development  and Special Chief Secretary to Government, Housing Development
4.    On transfer, Sri P.V.Ramesh, IAS (1985), is posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department and Development Commissioner.
            He shall also be the Ex-Officio Principal Secretary to Chief Minister for the subjects relating to issues pending with Government of India, pertaining to SR Act and job relating to Development Commissioner.
5.    Sri Jagdish Chander Sharma, IAS (1985), Principal Secretary to Government (Lands),  & Principal Secretary to Government (DM), is placed in Full Additional Charge for the post of Principal Secretary to Government (Political), General Administration Department, until further order.
6.      Sri Aditya Nath Das, IAS (1987), Principal Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government (SE,IE,PE & SSA), School Education Department, vice Sri Ram  Prakash Sisodia, IAS (1991), transferred.
7.    Dr. Vijay Kumar, IAS (1988), Principal Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department, in the existing vacancy.
8.    On transfer, Sri Ram Prakash Sisodia, IAS (1991), is posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Tribal Welfare Department and Principal Secretary to Government, Skills Development, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department.
9.    Sri Shamsher Singh Rawat, IAS (1992), who is waiting for posting, is posted as Secretary to Government, Social Welfare.
10. Sri Solomon Arokia Raj, IAS (2000), Secretary to Government & CIP, Industries & Commerce Department is posted as Secretary to Government & CIP, Industries & Commerce Department and Secretary to Government (SERP).
11. Sri I. Srinivas Srinaresh, IAS (1995), who is waiting for posting, is posted as Secretary to Government (Handlooms & Textiles) and Managing Director, APCO.
12. Sri Naresh Penumaka, IRS, is posted as Commissioner, Handlooms    & Textiles, CEO, KVIB, JMD, AP Handicrafts Corporation.
13. On his transfer, Sri Lav Agarwal, IAS (1996), is posted as Commissioner, Disaster Management and Ex-Officio Secretary to Government, Revenue (DM) Department.
14. Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar, IAS (1996), Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department, is re-designated as Secretary to Government (Minor, Medium and Major Irrigation), Water Resources Department.
15. The services of Sri G.S.K.R.Vijaya Kumar, IAS (2001), Managing Director, A.P. State Cooperative Marketing Federation (MARKFED) are withdrawn from the Agriculture & Cooperation Department and his services are placed at the disposal of Social Welfare Department for posting him as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P.SC Coop Finance Corporation Limited.
16. Sri I. Samuel Anand Kumar, IAS (2004), Director, Social Welfare & VC & MD, A.P.SC Coop Finance Corporation Limited is transferred and posted as Director, Health & FW and Executive Director, NHRM   & PD., AP AIDS Control Society, in the existing vacancy.
17. Sri M. Rama Rao, IAS (2006) who is waiting for posting is posted as Director, Social Welfare.
18. Sri Ch. Sridhar, IAS (2007), who is waiting for posting is posted as Deputy Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department.
19. Sri Gurrala Srinivasulu, IAS (UP:2005), who is waiting of posting on his Inter-cadre deputation to the State, is posted as State Project Director, Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan (SSA), vice Sri V.B.Ramana Murthy, IFS (1987) transferred.
     On transfer, Sri V.B.Ramana Murthy, IFS (1987) is directed to report to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), A.P., Hyderabad.
20. Sri Valeti Premchand, IDES (1994), who is waiting for posting, is posted as Managing Director, A.P. Technology Service (APTS).
21. Sri Sura Balakrishna, IDES(1997), who is waiting for posting, is posted as Managing Director, A.P. Seeds Development Corporation, vice Sri Y. Madhusudan Reddy, IFS (1990) transferred.
22. On transfer, Sri Y. Madhusudan Reddy, IFS (1990) is posted as Managing Director, A.P. State Cooperative Marketing Federation (MARKFED) and A.P.AGROS.
23. Smt. M. Revathi, IFS (1996), Chief Conservator of Forests (Vig.), O/o Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF) is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Ayush, vice Sri D. Nalini Mohan, IFS (1987), transferred.
          On his transfer, Sri D. Nalini Mohan, IFS (1987), is directed to report to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), A.P., Hyderabad.
24. Sri Prasanna Venkatesh V, IAS (2012), Addl. Commissioner, Capital Region Development Authority and Capital Area (CRDA), is transferred and posted as Project Officer, ITDA, Parvathipuram.
25. Col. V. Ramulu, IPoS, Secretary, A.P. Social Welfare Residential Educational Institution Society, (APSWREIS) is posted as Secretary, A.P. Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, (APSWREIS) and GURUKULAM.
26. Smt. C. Nagarani, Director, EGS is transferred and posted as Secretary to Commissioner, Commercial Taxes.
