ORDER:
In the G.O read above, Government have issued orders for constitution of
Agricultural Market Committee, Eluru, West-Godavari District for a period of one year
as per Section 6(1) and also sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh
(Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966.
2. In continuation of G.O read above ,Government hereby extend the term of
Agricultural Market Committee, Eluru, West-Godavari District for a further period of six
months after expiry of one year with the existing members issued in the G.O., read
above, under section 6(2) of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock)
Markets Act, 1966.
3. The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action in the matter accordingly.
