O R D E R:
The following transfers and postings are ordered with immediate effect:-
1. Sri Budithi Rajasekhar, IAS (1992), is posted as Commissioner, Civil
Supplies and Ex-Officio Secretary to Government, Consumer
Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies Department, vice Smt. G. Jaya
Lakshmi, IAS (1995) transferred.
He is also placed in Full Additional Charge of the post of
Secretary to Government (Marketing), Agriculture & Cooperation
Department, until further orders.
2. On transfer, Smt.G. Jaya Lakshmi, IAS (1995) is posted as
Secretary to Government, Department for Women, Child Welfare,
Differently Abled and Senior Citizens.
Smt. Poonam Malakondaiah, IAS (1988), shall continue to
hold the Full Additional Charge of the post of Principal Secretary to
Government, Department for Women, Child Welfare, Differently
Abled and Senior Citizens.
3. The services of Sri J. Murali, IAS (2007), are withdrawn from the
Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries Department
and he is posted as Special Commissioner & Registrar, Cooperative
Societies, vice Sri M.V.Seshagiri Babu, IAS (2007), transferred.
Sri J. Murali, IAS (2007) is also placed in Full Additional
Charge for the post of Managing Director, A.P. Dairy Development
Co-operative Federation Limited, until further orders.
4. On transfer, Sri M.V.Seshagiri Babu, IAS (2007) shall report to
General Administration Department for further postings.

The following transfers and postings are ordered with immediate effect:-
1. Sri Budithi Rajasekhar, IAS (1992), who is waiting for posting, is
posted as “Special Officer, Krishna Pushkarams, 2016”, stationed at
Vijayawada.
2. Smt. A.Surya Kumari, IAS (2008), Secretary to Chief Commissioner
of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, is transferred and her
services are placed at the disposal of Revenue (Endowment)
Department, for posting her as Executive Officer, Sri Durga
Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam, Indrakeeladri, Vijayawada.
3. The services of Sri Satish Kumar Kaushik, IFS (1986) are withdrawn
from the School Education Department and posted as Secretary,
State Election Commission, Andhra Pradesh.
4. The services of Sri V.B.Ramana Murthy, IFS (1987), who is waiting
for posting, are placed at the disposal of Agriculture & Cooperation
Department for posting him as Chief Executive Officer, Rythu
Bazars, in the existing vacancy.
5. The services of Sri G.S.Phani Kishore, IRS (1992), who is waiting for
posting, are placed at the disposal of Agriculture & Cooperation
Department for posting him as Managing Director, OILFED, in the
existing vacancy.
