O R D E R:
The Government vide G.O. 1st read above issued certain guidelines. The milk unions have
represented the Government, for modifications of guidelines in the letters 2nd & 3rd read above. In the
circumstances explained in their request, Government hereby issue the following amendment to para
2(IV) of the G.O issued vide 1st read above.

1	Mode of Reimbursement of Incentive:  “The TSDDCF, Hyderabad, Nalgonda Ranga Reddy Milk Producers Mutually Aided Cooperative Union Limited, Ranga reddy, Karimnagar Milk Producers Company Limited, Karimnagar, and Mulukanoor Women’s Mutually Aided Milk Producers Cooperative Union Limited,Mulukanoor, Warangal district shall pay incentive to eligible beneficiaries and then submit claims for reimbursement every month in the format given as Annexure. Claims with incomplete information shall not be considered for incentive reimbursement”.	Mode of Payment of Incentive: “The TSDDCF, Nalgonda - Ranga Reddy Milk Producers Mutually Aided Cooperative Union Limited, Ranga reddy, Karimnagar Milk Producers Company Limited, and Mulukanoor Women’s Mutually Aided Milk Producers Cooperative Union Limited, shall submit report to DAH on milk supplied by the eligible farmers to their Dairy every month in the format given as annexure. The Director of Animal Husbandry, shall make necessary arrangements for payment of Rs.4/- incentive per litre on monthly basis directly to the farmers’ bank account as per these guidelines

2) The Director of Animal Husbandry and the Managing Director, T.S Dairy Development Cooperative Federation (T.S.) are requested to take necessary action for implementing the scheme as per guidelines.
