3. As per the finalised Seniority List and orders issued for promotion as Chief Engineers  in the reference 4th read above, the following Engineers are not found to be within zone of consideration for the promotion to the posts of Chief Engineers, though, they are currently working as I/c. Chief Engineers:
1. Sri CH SIVA RAMA PRASAD I/c. CE, Hydrology, Vijayawada
2. Sri V VEERA RAJU I/c. CE, GDS, Dowlaiswaram
4. In view of the above circumstances, the Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby direct the Officers mentioned in para 3 above to get themselves relieved from their In-charge arrangements immediately and report to the Government for further posting orders.
