ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the ‘Authorization Committee’ for
Organ Transplantation, Telangana State, Hyderabad in the reference 1st read
above, Government, after examining the matter in detail, hereby accord
permission for swap kidney transplantation, in respect of Smt.Samita Sarkar
Sengupta (Recipient) with Smt Raj Rani Devi (Donor), W/o Ram Prasad
Rabidas and Sri Ram Prasad Rabidas (Recipient) with Sri Sudip Sengupta
(Donor), H/o M.Samita Sarkar Sengupta.

2. The original records are herewith returned.

3. The Director of Medical Education, Telagana State, Hyderabad shall take
further action accordingly.
