The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the subject read above and they are requested to furnish the following proforma with regard to allowing of Notional Increments to the Special Teachers appointed during the year 1983 to 1989 on Rs.398/- consolidate pay on or before 12.08.2011 without fail.
