Kasturibai College of Education for Women


In the reference 1st read above, the management of Kasturibai College of
Education for Women, Bapatla, Guntur District has requested to allow their
college to start B.Ed course with an annual intake of 100 students from the
academic session 2011-12.

2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Regional Joint Director of School
Education, Guntur has furnished the inspection report with required documents in
respect of Kasturibai College of Education for Women, Dr.No.4-9-6, Patel Nagar, 1st
Line, Bapatla, Guntur District for conducting B.Ed Course.

3. In the reference 2nd read above, the National Council for Teacher Education,
Bangalore granted recognition to, Kasturibai College of Education for Women,
Dr.No.4-9-6, Patel Nagar, 1st Line, Bapatla, Guntur District for conducting B.Ed
Course of one year duration, with an annual intake of 100 students, from the
academic session 2011-12.

4. Government, after careful examination of the matter and in pursuance of the
orders issued by the National Council for Teacher Education, Bangalore, hereby
permit Kasturibai College of Education for Women, Dr.No.4-9-6, Patel Nagar, 1st
Line, Bapatla, Guntur District to start B.Ed course with an annual intake of 100
students and to participate in Counseling for Academic year 2011-12.

5. The management of the instant college is directed to fulfill all the norms and
standards stipulated, as amended from time to time by the National Council for
Teacher Education or else. Stringent action will be initiated against the college
including withdrawal of recognition, if it is found, at a later date, that the norms
and standards stipulated by the National Council for Teacher Education are not
fulfilled or otherwise violated.

6. The Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad and the Secretary, Andhra
Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad and the Convener, Ed-CET-
2011, shall take necessary further action accordingly.
