పెట్రోలు ఇండస్ట్రీలో 6 నెలల వరకు సమ్మె పై నిషేధం విధిస్తూ ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వులు
ORDER
The following notification will be published in the Extraordinary issue of
the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated: 13-04.2012.
N O T I F I C A T I O N
Where as in the notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No.16, Consumer
Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.III) Department dated 13.04.2012, the
Government of Andhra Pradesh have declared the services of the Petroleum
Industry including services of tank truck operators in Andhra Pradesh as an
essential service under sub-clause (vi) (a) of Sub section (1) of section 2 of
the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Act 20 of
1971);
And whereas, the Government are satisfied that in the public interest it
is necessary and expedient to prohibit strikes in the services of the Petroleum
Industry in Andhra Pradesh;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act,
1971(Act 20 of 1971) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby prohibits
strikes in the services of the Petroleum Industry including services of tank
truck operators in Andhra Pradesh for a period of six months with effect from
the date of publication of the notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

O R D E R :
The following notification will be published in the Extra-ordinary issue
of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated: 13-04-2012.
NOTIFICATION
Where as, the Government have considered that the strikes in the
services of the Petroleum industry in the State of Andhra Pradesh would
prejudicially affect the maintenance of supplies and services necessary for
the life of the community or would result in infliction of grave hardship on the
community:
And whereas, the Government are satisfied that it is expedient in the
public interest to declare the services of the Petroleum industry in the State
of Andhra Pradesh including the services of tank truck operators as essential
service;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub clause
(vi) (a) of the Sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh Essential
Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Act No.20 of 1971), the Governor of Andhra
Pradesh hereby declares the services of the Petroleum industry including
services of tank truck operators in the State of Andhra Pradesh as essential
service with immediate effect.
