ORDER:-

In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued for establishment of Ganesh School of Nursing, Gudivada, Krishna District with an intake capacity of 30 seats.

2. The Chairman High Power Committee, AP, Hyderabad has stated that Sri Ganesh Health & Educational Society, Gudivada, Krishna District is running a School of Nursing with an intake capacity of 30 students per year. The applicant
has applied for enhancement of seats from 30 to 60 per year. The same was forwarded to the District Level Team for verification to find out as to whether the institution is having infrastructure required for an intake of 60 students per year.
The District Level Team having inspected the institution in question, submitted a report stating that the applicant institution is having infrastructure required for an
additional intake of 30 students.

3. The Chairman, High Power Committee, AP, Hyderabad has informed that the Sri Ganesh School of Nursing, Gudivada, Krishna District has adequate infrastructure for a further 30 intake capacity per year i.e., total intake of 60 seats per year in GNM Course. 

4. The Chairman, High Power Committee in his letter 4th read above has forwarded the undertaking from the concerned. The undertaking given by the Secretary & Correspondent, Ganesh School of Nursing, Gudivada, Krishna District is as follows:-

“I filed an application for Enhancement of seats under the
name and style of GANESH SCHOOL OF NURSING
Gudivada, Krishna District in pursuance of Govt.,
Lr.No.8719/E1/2014, I am filing this Affidavit. Application is
made seeking Enhancement of seats at Gudivada at
Gudivada, Krishna district. I learn that Prof. A. Krishnam Raju has submitted a report regarding inadequancies &
shortcomings in certain areas of Nursing & Paramedical
Education. To see that in the light of the report of Prof. A.
Krishnam Raju any changes / improvements etc., if any, to be
made to satisfy all the statutory requirements of Indian Nursing Council, if any, and instructions issued by the Govt., of AP from time to time I am filing this affidavit. I undertake to satisfy the requirements of all physical, clinical infrastructural and other provision regarding laboratory, library, clinical attachment, class rooms and teaching faculty, etc., I, on behalf of the applicant institution undertake to comply with all the deficiencies and inadequacies, if any, within 3 months from the date of this affidavit to make good the deficiencies. Otherwise my self personally and the applicant institution abide by the action, if any, taken by the Govt., in the matter. If there is any default in this regard, the Govt., may cancel the permission temporarily given now”.

5. Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to accord permission to Sri Ganesh Health & Educational Society, D.No.10- 154/14/C2, Sai Sadan Apartment, Rajendranagar, Gudivada, Krishna District for
enhancement of the intake capacity of seats to Sri Ganesh School of Nursing, Gudivada, Krishna District from the existing 30 (Thirty) to 60 (Sixty) in GNM Course. 

6. The Registrar, A.P. Nursing & Midwifery Council, Hyderabad / The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad / The Chairman, High Power Committee, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter
accordingly.
